Five ways to keep your brain healthy

  • Eat Well, we all know the saying healthy body,healthy mind. Oily fish like salmon and tuna, along with fruit and vegetables, provide essential vitamins to keep your brain young and fit
  • Exercises, regular exercise increases the circulation of blood to your brain, making it more efficient. If you haven't exercised regularly before, get your blood pressure checked to make sure your heart is healthy
  • Exercise your brain too, just like your body, your brain needs to keep fit. Do crossword, read books. Test and develop your memory with special exercises
  • Avoid stress, we all know that when we have too much to do we start forget things. Take breaks and make time to relax
  • Get your hearing checked, hearing loss can seriously interfere with memory, so if you think you might have a problem, have your ears tested right now.
